Who can play this game? Everyone can play this game. When you’re younger than 15, you have to be accompanied by at least one adult. Because of the complexity of the game, it is less suited for children younger than 10 years.
What does it cost? The price depends on the amount of players. It’s best to give us a call or send us an e-mail if you want to make a reservation for a larger group (+6 people).
When I make a reservation... We’ll send you an e-mail which confirms your booking, day, hour and number of the participants.
I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail? If you didn’t receive an e-mail within 5 minutes, check your spam. Still haven’t received a mail? Give us a call on +329/395.55.53 (wed-sun, 12u-22u) or send us an e-mail.
I don’t speak Dutch, can I also play this game? Yes, the game doesn’t require specific knowledge, you can play the game when you speak Dutch, French or English. We can always give you a clue if necessary.
Is the game accessible for wheelchairs? Yes, the game is accesible for wheelchairs, we only ask that you are accompanied by one person. All doors are one meter wide, except for one door wich is only 75cm.
Is the game creepy or frightning? No, you don’t have to worry! Escape the freakshow is about puzzles and teamwork. The game contains decorative elements but isn’t scary at all.
Can I change my reservation? You can always adapt your booking. You cancel your first reservation and make a new one. If you want to cancel/change within 24 hours before the start of the game, please inform us by mail or give us a call at +3293955553 (wed-sun 12u-21u).
I want to give an escape game as a present, is it possible? Of course, just send us an email on cubezerogent@gmail.com with the number of persons in the group and we will deliver you a gift voucher.
Playable with more than 6 people? Due to safety regulations and gaming expercience, not more than six people will be allowed in one game. We can't make any exceptions.
How to get there? There are numerous ways to reach us. If you are you travelling by car, we advise you to take the underground parkings named "Reep" and "Vrijdagsmarkt". Ghent has two ralwaystations, called "Sint Pieters" and "Dampoort". Both railwaystations have bus connections that lead to "Sint-Jacobs". Using the city tram, we advise you to step out at "Korenmarkt" or "Zuid". Both stops are within walking distance.
